We process and dispatch all orders within 1–3 business days. Once dispatched, standard delivery across India typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.
Free delivery on all orders above ₹999.
For orders below ₹999, a delivery charge applies based on your delivery location within India. The exact charge will be calculated and shown at checkout before you place your order.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS. You can also track your order from the Track Order page using your Order ID and registered email address.
Due to the personal nature of skincare and hair care products, we do not accept returns on opened or used products. If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
