You may return unused products in their original, sealed packaging within 7 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact us first at ayurexim.in@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +91 72761 29455 with your order number.

Please ensure the product is packed securely to avoid damage in transit. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.
Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it. A refund will be processed only if:
If the packaging or bottle is found to be damaged or tampered with, we will not be able to process the refund.
Once your return is received and approved, we will notify you. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
