We want you to be completely satisfied with your Ayurexim purchase. If you are not happy, we are here to help.
Returns
You may return unused products in their original, sealed packaging within 7 days of delivery. To initiate a return, contact us at hello@ayurexim.com with your order number.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used products
- Products without original packaging
- Items purchased during sale or with a discount code
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error (damaged or wrong item).
